As the son of an entrepreneur, James was brought up to always follow his dreams and pursue them with everything he had, always applying the four little words: a little bit more. And he understands in business and life, that when you commit to these four little words, you have created the opportunity in your business, life, and relationships to move from ordinary to extraordinary. After 10 years as the top sales producer for a local furniture dealer, he decided it was time to take that step and fill a void he felt was missing in the marketplace; an office furniture company that not only would serve its customers with great furniture, but do it with a passion to always give a little more than expected. So, in October of 2004, with nothing more than a list of prospects, he started what has become today a pillar in the business community that serves over 1,000 clients in Montgomery, Harris and surrounding counties. In striving to be extraordinary, James passion for collaboration with his clients brings innovations to their workspace challenges, producing solutions that not only are functional but represent the aesthetic goals of his customers. With 20 years of experience in the industry, James understands the importance of meeting clients workspace and furniture challenges. Senior Business Development
Donna joined the team at Workspace Resource in 2012 and thrives on interacting with clients as well as good design. She loves combining these two focuses to achieve outstanding results. She likes the challenge of helping people find solutions to match their office needs while keeping in mind all aspects of their project, from budget to timeline. Donna strives to offer the best solution without compromising aesthetics or quality. Outside of work, you’ll often find her engrossed in some sort of project that involves attention to detail, be it designing something for her house, decorating an intricate birthday cake or painting a mural. Her drive for perfection is something that transfers well into the workplace. Donna enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys, biking around town and listening to live music, or reading a book plucked from the ever-growing pile on her bedside table. She received a bachelors in Business Administration and Management Information Systems from New Mexico State University (the other Aggies).
Ross joined WorkSpace Resource in 2016, bringing with him over 7 years of business to business sales experience. He loves getting to meet new people and helping their ideas come to reality. Ross is always respectful of a client’s wants and needs and specializes in finding resourceful ways to accomplish their goals within their budget and timeline. He works quickly and efficiently and is always available to any of his clients who have questions or concerns. Ross graduated from Stephen F. Austin University and loves playing golf, going fishing and watching sports.
Project Design Manager
Diana joined the WorkSpace team in 2010 and brings with her over 10 years of design experience in the commercial furniture industry. She received her bachelor degree from Stephen F. Austin State University (Axe ‘Em Jacks!), where she graduated with honors. Her life-long love of art, intricate details, color, and the newest trends blends perfectly into her work. She strives to create an aesthetically pleasing and effective work environment for her clients, where a company’s work culture can thrive. Diana is happily married to her high school sweetheart and has 2 fun loving children. She is a proud Texan who despises country music, loves cooking and trying elaborate recipes in the kitchen, and is constantly finding an outlet for her creative side!
Lindsey joined the WorkSpace Team after graduating from the University of Southern Mississippi (SMTTT!) in May of 2017, where she studied Interior Design. She is passionate about solving problems, always striving to identify faster, more efficient solutions to help clients achieve their goals. One of her greatest strengths is how organized she is in planning her life, days and projects. Because of her methodical habits, Lindsey has frequently been complimented on her ability to turn-around layouts, images, and presentations faster than what was expected. Bottom line, Lindsey loves design and takes pride in her ability to offer clients design and layout selections they may have never thought of on their own. When Lindsey is not working, she loves to hang out with her sweet husband and their Corgi. Together, they often paint, go to the movies and cook gourmet meals!
Terese joined our team in January of 2018 and we have been so blessed to have her! In Customer Service, her primary role is processing furniture orders and scheduling deliveries. She will also be around to help clients with warranty claims and punch items after their projects are installed. Although this is her first job in the furniture industry, Terese has a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication and over 10 years in customer service experience. In the office, Terese radiates enthusiasm and positivity; she is particularly passionate about goal setting, self-improvement and the environment. Her strong attention to detail, friendly and calming nature and approachability help her to excel in this role. She is always willing to lend a helping hand! Outside of the office, Terese enjoys shopping or hanging out at a beach, pool lake or any body of water. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, dog, cat and parrot.
Jackie initially formed a relationship with WorkSpace Resource in 2013 as a client. Through her experience working with the team on multiple projects, she was drawn to the company by the enthusiasm, professionalism, and organization she was exposed to. She enjoyed it so much that she knew she had to be a part of the success story by bringing in new clients and maintaining existing client relationships to ensure they have the same quality experience. Jackie brings a unique perspective to the team, as she has a firsthand understanding of a customer’s wants and needs. She takes a systematic approach to everything she does to ensure each job is handled in the most thorough and efficient manner possible. Jackie is the proudest member of the Fightin’ Texas Aggie Class of 2010 and has a bachelor’s degree in Ecological Restoration. She loves the outdoors, food, and her two rescued Dobermans, Maeby and Banks.
Eden has been with WorkSpace Resource since 2011 and graduated from Sam Houston State University in 2013 with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. Eden brings many qualities to our team, among them are her servant’s heart, a love of numbers, assertiveness, and her amazing organizational skills. If you call our office, Eden is most likely the first person who will help you by taking your call! She and her husband have 3 wonderful little boys and just welcomed a new baby girl. She enjoys spending time with her family tent camping across Texas, putting those Pinterest boards to good use by crafting, and playing with her dogs.
Julio comes to WorkSpace Resource from a background in Construction and has been in the furniture industry for 4 years. He has an extensive knowledge of many different manufacturers and is an expert at assembly and installation. Julio is a natural born problem solver and uses his experience and creativity to find solutions to any problems that arise at the job site. He is intelligent, independent and reliable; he works efficiently and effectively and is a respected leader to his crew members. The greatest compliment Julio consistently receives from clients are job offers! We are fortunate to have Julio as part of our team and know that he will impress you with his professionalism and positive attitude. When Julio is not working hard (which is a rare occasion) he is spending quality time with his family, playing with his kids or playing competitive basketball.
