Once you choose which design plan you want, Terese makes sure everything happens as it should. In addition to processing furniture orders and scheduling deliveries, she helps clients with warranty claims and punch items after their projects are installed.

Terese has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication and over ten years of experience in customer service.

She radiates enthusiasm and positivity and is particularly passionate about goal setting, self-improvement, and the environment. Her strong attention to detail, friendly and calming nature, and approachability help her excel in this role. Outside of the office, Terese enjoys shopping or hanging out at a beach, pool lake, or any body of water. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, two dogs, a cat, and a parrot.
