A biotechnology company originally located in Southern

California, opened a Texas location in The Woodlands in 2023. In order to outfit this 76,000-square-foot

building, Workspace Resource was tasked with designing a space complete with private offices,

workstations, conference rooms, huddle rooms, a reception area, and an employee lounge.

Given their customer-centric mindset and collaborative style of cell therapy manufacturing, its

leadership sought a space in which cooperation and teamwork could go uninterrupted. In order to

accomplish this, we worked with the team on designing areas with wall-mounted collaboration tables for teleconferencing.

The buildout also required us to provide a full suite of office furniture. We used functional yet aesthetic

fixtures from trusted partners: AIS, OFS, 9 to 5, and Encore.

We welcome them to the Houston area and look forward to the opportunity to work with this
