TailorMade set out to create an office environment that would reflect its values to every client who walks through their door. The goal was to create a space that would instill confidence in clients while also providing a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. In order to bring TailorMade’s philosophy into the workplace, Workspace Resource collaborated with Tiffany Wernimont of Design Over Coffee on a space that seamlessly blends sophistication, functionality, and comfort. Private offices and conference rooms were outfitted with modern desking from Enwork and clean, functional storage solutions from OFS. Seating from Encore was incorporated throughout the offices and conference rooms to support long, impactful conversations with clients and collaboration among the TailorMade team.

The reception area was designed to set the tone for visitors with a sleek welcome desk from OFS and supporting furnishings that immediately communicate professionalism and care. TailorMade’s lounge and bar area offers a softer, more relaxed environment, with pieces from Pottery Barn and Arhaus adding character. A standout feature in the project is the Neuron Activation Pod by Thinkspace, which introduces an innovative workspace element designed to boost creativity and collaboration.

Employees now benefit from a balance of spaces that support both focus and rejuvenation. Private offices and stations promote productivity, while the common areas are spaces that provide opportunities to recharge and collaborate.
