Iron Oak Energy is an oil and gas company that has experienced significant growth over the past year. As the company expanded, its team had the opportunity to move into a beautiful new office space designed to support both its current needs and continued growth.

Workspace Resource was introduced to Iron Oak Energy through Josh LaRocca with Avison Young and worked closely with him throughout the project. The client’s goal was to create a workplace that felt more elevated and sophisticated while remaining approachable and mindful of budget. By thoughtfully balancing finish selections, furniture solutions, and functionality, we were able to help create a polished environment without losing the comfortable feel the client wanted for its employees and visitors.

The project included private offices, workstations, a board room, reception area, and break room, with furniture selections from AIS and OFS incorporated throughout the space. Executive offices were outfitted with height-adjustable worksurfaces, giving leadership the flexibility to alternate between sitting and standing while maintaining a refined office aesthetic.

Throughout the project, careful attention was given to selecting products that delivered the elevated look Iron Oak Energy envisioned while also providing long-term value and functionality. The result is a cohesive workplace that feels professional, welcoming, and well suited for a growing organization.
